PAIRED ZONE 65 MIN SESSION
In the context of body areas, "region or section" refers to a larger, general body area, such as the chest or abdomen. In contrast, "zone" describes a smaller, more specific section within that region, acting as a sub-area with distinct characteristics. The open hand is used as a standardized visual reference to approximate the size of a treatment zone. Each zone is equivalent to the surface area of an average adult hand, including the palm and fingers. The graphic below will help you determine the anatomical boundaries.
Sometimes, zones of concern are grouped in pairs, such as the left and right love handles. These zones can be treated independently since they are not adjacent. However, a minimum of two zones must be booked if the report involves multiple adjacent zones. For example, treating the upper and lower abdomen and the mons pubis requires booking at least two zones. Treating just one zone without affecting an adjacent zone is not feasible, so a broader area must be considered.
Please keep in mind the limitations of each zone, as each one requires a specific amount of time for treatment. Only the booked zones will be treated. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to treat the mons pubis alone without addressing the lower abdomen. As a patient, it's essential to prioritize the zones that concern you the most for treatment.
